Not really seeing any differences in the troubleshooting raw data that explains this issue, but I'll attach them anyway.
Also noticing 101 isn't reporting Fedora in the UA field

Please try to reset these keys at about:config: media.gmp-gmpopenh264.autoupdate media.gmp-gmpopenh264.enabled media.gmp-gmpopenh264.provider.enabled media.gmp-gmpopenh264.version and restart browser. Does it help? Does it help? No change. FWIW I used the ⇄ button to flip each of the settings, so that I get a ↶ option to reset, and reset each - no change. Yes, GMP/openh264 looks ignored by 101 release (unless you use ffmpeg-free).
