Cause: The ppc64le strncpy function uses the wrong register for writing NUL padding. Consequence: Uninitialized register content is written to the output buffer. Fix: The correct register is now used as the source for the NUL bytes. Result: The tail end of the output buffer is now correctly overwritten with NUL bytes.
