What happened?

Nutanix are using diskSizeMiB to set osDisk 
https://github.com/openshift/installer/blob/ec566daf7bb785137a49b77c2b364f512215d067/data/data/install.openshift.io_installconfigs.yaml#L2350, it's better to change to diskSizeGB, which is more readable and convenient for users.

What did you expect to happen?

Change diskSizeMiB to diskSizeGB

This bug has been verified on OCP 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-06-21-151125 and passed, thanks.
