Description of problem:
gpgme fails to build on i686, this blocks the Python 3.11 rebuild (also of dnf) currently in progress, hence setting severity to urgent.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.
