Description of problem:
I was browsing the web with firefox and recently couldnt load [pages due to some protocol error then I went to open settings to add a new user in the MATE desktop and all the window titles dissapeared, 
I reloaded the window manager and now im reporting this bug that appeared.

This bug is due to a problem in the GC (Boehm garbage collector) library. It's been fixed upstream and is (slowly) being backed-ported for Fedora.
