Description of problem:

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable the dark theme
2. Navigate to pipeline builder form and install and add task from tecktonhub
3. Create a helm chart and navigate to rollback form

Actual results:
1. Loading task text and installing loader is not visible as the background is white
2. helm chart name is not visible in the rollback form subheader.

Expected results:
1. and 2. should be visible in dark mode.
