Hi, when I tried to install alien, I got the following error

Error: 
 Problem: package alien-8.95-14.el9.noarch requires debhelper, but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides po-debconf needed by debhelper-13.7.1-1.el9.noarch
  - nothing provides dh-autoreconf >= 17 needed by debhelper-13.7.1-1.el9.noarch
