Due to on-going issues in the build clusters we've discovered that a disruption message of "dial tcp: lookup [hostname]: i/o timeout" is frequently failing tests, but due to DNS problems in the CI build cluster, not hte cluster under test.

This should not register as disruption and fail tests.
