Description of problem:
https://rpmdiff.engineering.redhat.com/run/544367/17/ reports that Patch0 is not applied. Either apply (probably not necessary) or remove? To make rpmdiff happy.

since the issue has been acknowledged and waived, we'll wait after OCP 4.11 Code Freeze for the actual fix
