Description of problem:
antlr4 C++ Runtime generates antlr4-generator-config.cmake and antlr4-runtime-config.cmake packages when compiled with -DANTLR4_INSTALL=ON argument. These artifacts are not present in the rpm package.

Thanks for the report.  It looks like we have to pass -DANTLR4_INSTALL=ON to cmake for those files to be generated and installed.  I'm going to update ANTLR to version 4.10.1 in Rawhide next week.  I'll make this change then, and do builds of 4.9.3 for F35 and F36.
