Description of problem: When I run a flatpak application like Bottles or Pika Backup. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Flatpak 1.12.7 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Bottles or Pika backup 2. Run it Actual results: The elements don't follow the expected box size, padding and margins. Expected results: I expect all the elements to appear as expected, and the theme to be synced with the system one.
