Description of problem: 3 ConsoleQuickStarts (create-rhel-vm, connect-ext-net-to-vm, create-win-vm) are missing in the CNV-v4.11.0-495

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From UI goto Home -> Search -> ConsoleQuickStart
2.

Actual results: create-rhel-vm, connect-ext-net-to-vm, create-win-vm are missing in the CNV build


Expected results: 3 ConsoleQuickStart should present in the cluster.

Those quickstart guides were purposely removed by Nahshon in https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/cpaas-midstream/openshift-virtualization/hyperconverged-cluster-operator/-/merge_requests/245

'Remove the 4 old quickstart guides, because they're refering to the old
wizard. Replace them with two new guides: "Upload a Boot Source" and "Creating a virtual machine".'

So Tier2 tests have to be updated.

I can see newly added ConsoleQuickStart is available and has correct information.
Verifying it.
