Description of problem:

We want to migrate a gp2 storage class PV to gp2-csi.
We have installed MTC 1.7.1 in our OCP 4.6 cluster for this purpose.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install MTC 1.7.1 operator on OCP 4.6.19
2.Create the MigrationController
3.MTC configuration:
- 1 cluster (host) having MTC 1.7.1 installed and running the Migration Controller
- No replication repositories set
4.Migration plan is configured like this:
- Name: csmigration
- Migration type: Storage class conversion - converts PVs to a different storage class within the same cluster and namespace
- Source cluster: host
- Namespace: evs (13 pods, 7 PVC, 15 Services)

Actual results:
When clicking on Next after selecting the namespace, the wizard is stuck during the PV discovery displaying the "Discovering persistent volumes attached to source projects..." message.
Neither MigPlan not MigAnalytics are generated

Expected results:
We should get the list of PVC for the selected evs namespace displayed in step 3.
