Red Hat Enterprise Linux is not a self-hosting distribution and does not provide all subpackages required to rebuild every component. This bug is essentially an RFE to add more components to the RHEL content set. Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
