In OSP-18 support for the ML2/OVS backend is going to be removed so we will not need support for it in the Director.

Things which needs to be cleaned for sure:
* Remove TripleO support,
* Remove migration script from Neutron,
* Prevent FFU from 17 on ML2/OVS setups,
* Documentation update,
* Certifications process update,
* maybe something else....

I think this bz should be closed and the needed cleanup proceeded as part of NextGen work proper for OSP 18+.
