Description of problem:
Blank template - Disable 'New' button for the Network Interfaces sub tab.

As the Blank template in RHV not associated with any DC/Cluster in the manager, it's not possible to assign any network vNIC profile to it, but it is possible to press the 'New' button under the Network Interfaces, while in fact the Profile and Type lists are empty.
This is why, the 'New' button should be disabled.

This bugzilla is included in oVirt 4.5.2 release, published on August 10th 2022.
Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in oVirt 4.5.2 release, it has been closed with a resolution of CURRENT RELEASE.
If the solution does not work for you, please open a new bug report.
