Description of problem:
During sanity Verification test observed the version in the dirsrv logs does not match the version from "rpm -q" and what is listed in the errata..

rpm -q 389-ds-base
389-ds-base-2.1.1-3.el9.x86_64

In the logs:

389-Directory/2.1.11 B2022.164.0000 starting up

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. From brew install 389-ds-base v2.1.1/3.el9 
2. Create instance
3. Restart instance and check the dirsrv logs for "389-Directory"
4. Run rpm -q 389-ds-base 

Actual results:

Version in the dirsrv logs does not match the version from "rpm -q"

Expected results:
They should match
