This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37. All dependencies are now available and this seems to build fine in mock. Will you be able to branch and build farstream02 in epel9? The EPEL Packagers SIG would be happy to be a co-maintainer if you do not wish to build it on epel9.
