Description of problem: In VirtualMachines list view the Filter menu has "Other" item in both Templates and OS sections. When one of them is checked/unchecked, the second one is checked/unchecked simultaneoulsy.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create VM from YAML
2. Open Virtualization -> VirtualMachines page
3. Open Filter menu
4. Click "Other" checkbox

Actual results: two checkboxes are checked


Expected results: only clicked checkbox is checked

Note: the problem only see in vm list page, not in template list page

set this to high as the functionality is not right, and user experience is bad
