Please branch and build gucharmap in epel8.

I am fedora MATE Desktop Maintainer and i plan to build the whole Mate stack for epel8. Gucharmap is needed as dependencies to build mate-applets.

If you do not wish to maintain gucharmap in epel8,
or do not think you will be able to do this in a timely manner,
I would be happy to be a co-maintainer of the package (FAS raveit65);
please add me through https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/gucharmap/adduser

Hello Wolfgang, I've added you as a co-maintainer as I do not work with RHEL-based distros these days.
Please remember to add this bug to the bodhi update when you build the package.

He like to maintain Mate for epel9. And it seems that epel9 version can be updated.

Robert should be the contact for epel bugs due the longer lifetime of epel9.
