Description of problem: The control elements on Template Scheduling tab do not have data-test-id attributes, which makes testing difficult.

The https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2094646 fixed that for VM Scheduling page, the same fix is needed here.

It could be even better if the grouping divs had their own data-test-id attributes (see "group" attachment), or if there were added wrappers, like in Catalog Overview page (see "wrapper" and "catalog overview" attachments).
