Description of problem: If custom template is created and CLOUD_USER_PASSWORD parameter is set to some value, then VM creation from this template breaks when customized.

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clone any RHEL template to default NS. Edit cloned template Parameters tab
2. Check DATA_SOURCE_NAME and set to Value rhelX
3. Check DATA_SOURCE_NAMESPACE and set to Value openshift-virtualization-os-images
4. Check CLOUD_USER_PASSWORD and set Value to whatever
5. Go to Virtualization Catalog and select cloned template.
6. Click Customize VirtualMachine


Actual results: the page crashes


Expected results: the VM review page opens


Additional info: same happens for other OSes
