Describe the issue:
In 6.6.13. Creating an image mirror-snapshot,
In important section we have mentioned that - 
>> By default only 3 image mirror-snapshots can be created per image.

Now default value has been increased to 5.
We need to rephrase it as 
>> By default maximum 3 image mirror-snapshots would be retained.


In 6.6.12. An overview of journal based and snapshot based mirroring

1) The information on journal based mirroring and snapshot based mirroring should move up to 6.3. Ceph block device mirroring so that user gets this information earlier.

2) Information and steps on converting from journal based to snapshot based can be moved at the end as new subsection.
