+1 from my end to remove the word "new" from the title "Create new VirtualMachine from catalog". I think it's pretty self explanatory that if a user creates something then it's new. verified on v4.12.0-88 Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
