Describe the issue:
In table 7.1 and 7.2 in chapter 7 section 7.1 Supported Red Hat Ceph Storage upgrade scenarios of installation guide, there is no details mentioned regarding the upgrade scenario from RHCS upgrade to RHCS 4.3

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Understand supported RHCS 4.3 upgrade scenarios

Suggestions for improvement:

The table should modified to contain the information for upgrade from older version to 4.3 like we have for RHCS 3.x, 4.0, 4.1 to RHCS 4.2
