Pretty sure this causes the media check to fail on recent composes as well as the checkiso service cannot be started. I still see "sh line 1: /sbin/sysctl: No such file or directory" on a HP Compaq 8501w BIOS machine, and a failure to verify install media afterwards, with the Fedora-Rawhide-20220711.n.0 compose[0]. Based on discussion on today's QA meeting, the two problems may not be related. Either way, I will attach a picture of a media check failure (I can't otherwise capture the output and can't reproduce in a VM).
