Description of problem:

  The gcc-toolset-12-binutils-gold rpm provides 'binutils-gold' instead of 'gcc-toolset-12-binutils-gold'.  Likewise for the binutils-devel rpm.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

  2.38-15.el9

How reproducible:
 
  100%

Step to reproduce:

  1. Obtain the rpms.
  2. Run:
    rpm -q --provides -p gcc-toolset-12-binutils-*.rpm | grep binutils

Actual results:

  gcc-toolset-12-binutils = 2.38-15.el9
  gcc-toolset-12-binutils(x86-64) = 2.38-15.el9
  binutils-static = 2.38-15.el9
  gcc-toolset-12-binutils-devel = 2.38-15.el9
  gcc-toolset-12-binutils-devel(x86-64) = 2.38-15.el9
  binutils-gold = 2.38-15.el9
  gcc-toolset-12-binutils-gold = 2.38-15.el9
  gcc-toolset-12-binutils-gold(x86-64) = 2.38-15.el9

Expected results:

  gcc-toolset-12-binutils = 2.38-15.el9
  gcc-toolset-12-binutils(x86-64) = 2.38-15.el9
