Description of problem:
ascii 3.10 changed its license from GPLv2 to BSD, but the spec file was never updated

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ascii-3.18-13.fc36.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check ascii license by running `dnf info ascii`

Actual results:
License      : GPLv2

Expected results:
License      : BSD
