Description of problem:
Some multi-column table column titles are not aligned with the column content (input fields) starting with 4.9.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Pipelines operator
2. Import from Git and activate Pipeline for that 
3. Navigate to the Pipeline > Parameters

Actual results:
- 'Name' title is aligned with the input fields, but 'Description' and 'Default value' title is not aligned.

Expected results:
- All column titles should be aligned with the input fields.
