Verified on OCP 4.11.0-0.nightly-2022-08-26-075007

When try to create a pod using SC with fsType, it shows clear message as, "fsType storage class parameter enables experimental VDH disk feature which is currently disabled, use --enable-vhd driver option to enable it"
After enabling using -enable-vhd=true, user can create pod using SC with required fsType.
