Verified. Tested on Satellite 6.12.0 Snap 11.0 Steps followed: 1. Set up Satellite with 3 dynflow workers, e.g. per https://access.redhat.com/solutions/5695311 2. Import a manifest 3. Repeatedly refresh it: hammer subscription refresh-manifest --organization-id=1 Observation: Manifest refresh is successful Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
