.Set the `syncing_percent` value to `0`
Previously, when an image snapshot copy was interrupted and restarted, the `rbd-mirror` would not have details of the last object copied for that image. The `syncing_percent` calculation, which relies on this information, returned an invalid percentage value.
With this fix, if the information about the last object is unavailable, you can set the `syncing_percent` to `0` until the last object copied is updated.
