Description Ram Nainsingh Tiruwa 2022-07-12 18:28:46 UTC
1. Proposed title of this feature request

- Improvement with log related to the issue
- Satellite 6.10 gives traceback while importing content when the manifest has no subscription, it should be simple and error related with subscription and manifest.

hammer content-import version --organization "Default Organization" --path=/var/lib/pulp/imports/
     Could not import the archive.:
     undefined method `content_url' for nil:NilClass

2. What is the nature and description of the request?

Low Priority for the betterment of the product

3. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla? No

4. Is the sales team involved in this request and do they have any additional input?

No

Expected results:

If Subscription is the issue Instead of that traceback, Perhaps include a message i.e " Please check if a valid subscription manifest has been imported into the satellite"
