Closing this bug for now as there haven't been many updates or activity on this for a long time.
Long term fix will have to come from OVN: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1839103#c5 and we can open associated cards in OVNK when that time does come.

Sorry linked wrong bz, OVS bug is: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2120546 since we are actively closing down long standing openshift bugs, and this has been open for too long, closing this for now. Whenever the OVS fix goes in we can reopen this or open a new one on JIRA to proceed with the OVNK side of things.
