Description of problem:
Recently I added a new package in Fedora python-isoduration as a new dependency on python-jsonschema update in rawhide. This python-jsonschema update needed for ansible-lint update in rawhide.

Now I want to build python-isoduration in epel9 but as it requires python-arrow package to build, I request here to please branch and build python-arrow in EPEL9.

I'd be happy to, however this requies:
