Description of problem:
OpenShift console auto refresh while editing any yaml file for admin and non-admin users.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.10.13

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to OpenShift console with admin/non-admin privileges and goto workloads--> pods and while editing the yaml file the page gets auto-refreshed.
2. Another step is to login with admin privileges on a namespace with an operator installed in it.
3. View the operator and try to create any resource inside it and select form view. While filling the details in it, the page gets auto-refreshed. The filled in details gets removed since the page is reloaded.
4. This happens with admin and non-admin users. This is not observed with cluster-admin user.

Actual results:
The page gets auto-refreshed while editing a yaml or creating a resource inside any operator.

Expected results:
No auto-refresh should happen for any of the users.

Hi, Pawan.  

Several devs have tried to reproduce issue with the YAML editor contents refreshing on the Pod details > YAML tab page and are unable.  I don't see this issue mentioned in the customer case.  Can you provide further detail in the steps to reproduce?

We can, however, reproduce the issue on the Create KafkaTopic form using a 4.10.13 cluster and will continue investigating to determine the cause.  Note this bug does not appear to exist in 4.11+ (either 4.11.0-rc.2 or the current console master branch).

I believe the customer was referring to the YAML view of the Create KafkaTopic page as I see the bug reproduce there.

Hello Robb,

I tried again to reproduce the issue with a test user for pod --> YAML tab page but the refresh is not happening. So I cannot reproduce it for pod yaml page.

Yes, the bug is reproduced only while creating CustomResource for any operator. I installed NFD operator and tried creating NodeFeatureDiscovery. In this for both form or yaml view the page is refreshed automatically.
