*** Bug 2127631 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** On F37 build.log we can find this message : -- CERES support is disabled. Ceres Solver for reconstruction API is required. After some investigation , seems that ceres-solver is only needed for SFM algorithms but SFM algorithms are disabled because needs xfeatures2d which have nonfree parts and therefore was removed from Fedora package ( https://github.com/opencv/opencv_contrib/blob/4.x/modules/README.md ) In resume we can remove BuildRequires: ceres-solver-devel from opencv.spec FEDORA-EPEL-2022-41cfa3985c has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 9. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2022-41cfa3985c FEDORA-EPEL-2022-41cfa3985c has been pushed to the Fedora EPEL 9 testing repository.
