Description Daniele Paolella 2022-07-13 14:00:12 UTC
A failure in Greenwvave CVP tests has been found in 4.11.0-rc.2 OLM advisory.

Error log excerpt:

time="2022-07-07T07:43:55Z" level=error msg="Error: Value controller: invalid service account found in bundle. This service account controller in your bundle is not valid, because a service account with the same name was already specified in your CSV. If this was unintentional, please remove the service account manifest from your bundle. If it was intentional to specify a separate service account, please rename the SA in either the bundle manifest or the CSV."
