Region information is not available for Azure cloud in managedcluster CR

Steps to reproduce:
1.Deploy a Azure cluster
2.Add it as a spoke cluster in ACM
3.Check the platformStatus in  managedcluster

Actual results: region info is missing

Expected results:
region info is expected to be present like other clouds like AWS
