Description of problem:

The ddd package in epel9 depends on xclipboard, but xclipboard is not available in EPEL9, so it can not be installed.

Unless xclipboard is really required, maybe the dependency can be relaxec for the EPEL9 package?

# dnf --enablerepo esat-epel-testing install ddd

Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides xclipboard needed by ddd-3.3.12-41.el9.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)


Expected results:
ddd package can be installed
