kernel log showing lockup

1. Please describe the problem:
Radeon lockups, need to power cycle to recover.
Jul 17 21:02:25 charon kernel: radeon 0000:03:00.0: ring 0 stalled for more than 19349msec
Jul 17 21:02:25 charon kernel: radeon 0000:03:00.0: GPU lockup (current fence id 0x000000000014756d last fence id 0x0000000000147577 on ring 0)
Jul 17 21:02:26 charon kernel: radeon 0000:03:00.0: ring 5 stalled for more than 19594msec
Jul 17 21:02:26 charon kernel: radeon 0000:03:00.0: ring 3 stalled for more than 19152msec

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel:
Linux charon 5.18.11-200.fc36.x86_64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Tue Jul 12 22:52:35 UTC 2022 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
*first* appear? Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 :
5.17.15

4. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, please provide the steps to reproduce
   the issue below:
Happens at random times, usually when I try to use Fx. I haven't been able to recreate purposely on demand.

5. Does this problem occur with the latest Rawhide kernel? To install the
Rawhide kernel, run ``sudo dnf install fedora-repos-rawhide`` followed by
   ``sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide kernel``:
I haven't tried that yet.

6. Are you running any modules that not shipped with directly Fedora's kernel?:
No.

7. Please attach the kernel logs. You can get the complete kernel log
   for a boot with ``journalctl --no-hostname -k > dmesg.txt``. If the
issue occurred on a previous boot, use the journalctl ``-b`` flag.
