Cant launch solaar program with python3.11.

The crash  is due to Python-evdev-1.5.0

Rawhide python-evdev-1.6.0 solves the issue

Please update to python-evdev-1.6.0.
More generally, please keep a Rawhide system updated, especially before reporting a bug :)
