Trying to compile cachelib causes gcc ICE

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gcc-12.1.1-3.fc37.x86_64

I think this is 105634 which I didn't backport to 12.  But I guess I should have.

I've backported the fix to GCC 12, so this will be fixed when Fedora gcc 12 is updated.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle.
Changing version to 37.
