With the full knowledge that this Change was _just_ approved, the proposal for this Change indicated a contingency deadline of "mass rebuild", which is scheduled to begin tomorrow. Is this Change ready or does it need to be deferred to F38?

The change is ready.

We pushed a sync on 2022-07-17 to capture the recent updates:

However, it looks like Rawhide is stuck?

Final glibc-2.36 is now included in F37:

This went through critical-path-base testing using our mass-prebuild tooling. This testing rebuilds the critical-path-base packages with the new glibc looking for failures.

F37 was released today, so I am closing this tracker. If this Change was not completed, please notify me ASAP.
