Description of problem:
I discussed with Ian and Samir about 'content_view_solve_dependencies' settings and they said it was a dead setting and wasn't taken into account for the setting in the new UI.  I will let dev decide whether to remove the setting completely or fix so it works properly and with the new UI.

Hi, `content_view_solve_dependencies` setting is from the Katello plugin?

Bulk setting Target Milestone = 6.15.0 where sat-6.15.0+ is set.
