I am copying this bug because: Back port to 4.11 



Description of problem:
Add to application options are not visible on application-grouping sidebar actions dropdown.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a workload and click on application grouping of the workload.
2. Click on Action dropdown and hover on Add to application.
3. Won't able to see the Add to application options.

Actual results:
Add to application options are not visible on application-grouping sidebar actions dropdown.

Expected results:
Add to application options have to be visible on application-grouping sidebar actions dropdown.

This issue was reported in PatternFly as https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/issues/4871
and was fixed in https://github.com/patternfly/patternfly/pull/4892
