The virtio-win container contain RHEL 8.5 (not RHEL 8.6) builds

I don't believe every distro release gets a brand new set of packages.
I couldn't find the actual rule for this, but for virtio-win for example, it was only ever built with 3 el8 versions:
- el8
- el8_4
- el8_5
It looks to me like the el8_4 one was just not compatible with versions older than RHEL 8.4, hence the _4.
RHEL 8.5 received a similar upgrade, but I guess 8.6 didn't, so it just uses the latest RPM, i.e. el8_5...

I just checked on a fresh install of Fedora 36 and I indeed have fc35 packages, which goes towards my theory!
