upgrade the cluster 4.3.18->4.4.33->4.5.41->4.6.60->4.7.55->4.8.46->4.9.43->4.10.24->4.12.0-0.ci-2022-07-26-140708, upgrade is successful. UpgradeBlocker lifecycle is the same as for the parent bug https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2108858 and is being tracked/worked in that bug.
