Description of problem:
PDB: Remove add, edit and remove actions in Pod resource action menu.
Also, remove the logical operator for Pod resource in getPDBResource method

1.Goto Pod list and details page
2.Click the action menu
3.

Actual results:
Have Add, Edit and Remove actions

Expected results:
Shouldn't have Add, Edit and Remove actions

PDB actions have been removed from Pods list and Pod Action menu
