Please let me know if you need help with testing this.


note on testing this
- you should see in the openshift-controller-manager logs that Route Controllers have started and acquired a lease 
- and consequently controllers ingress-to-route-controller service-ingress-ip-controller have started 
- and you should see messages (with increased log level) from these controllers that they work
